What's Included

10 Biomarkers. Every One Matters.

1

SARS-CoV-2 Spike Antibody (IgG)

Spike protein persistence

Measures your immune response to the spike protein — from either vaccination or infection. Elevated levels months after exposure may indicate persistent immune activation.

2

SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Antibody

Infection vs. vaccine differentiation

Distinguishes natural infection from vaccine response. Nucleocapsid antibodies are only produced after actual COVID infection, not from mRNA vaccines.

3

D-Dimer

Microclot / clotting indicator

The primary biomarker for microclot formation and blood clotting activity. Elevated D-dimer is one of the most consistent findings in Long COVID and post-vaccine syndrome patients.

4

C-Reactive Protein, High Sensitivity (hsCRP)

Systemic inflammation

Measures systemic inflammation with high precision. Even mildly elevated hsCRP is associated with cardiovascular risk and ongoing immune activation.

5

Fibrinogen

Clotting / hypercoagulability

A clotting protein that is frequently elevated in patients with spike protein exposure. Elevated fibrinogen contributes to the hypercoagulable state seen in Long COVID.

6

ANA Screen (Antinuclear Antibody)

Autoimmune indicator

Screens for autoimmune activity. Post-COVID and post-vaccine autoimmune conditions are well-documented in peer-reviewed literature. A positive ANA warrants follow-up testing.

7

Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP)

Organ health baseline

Assesses liver function, kidney function, electrolytes, and blood glucose. Provides a comprehensive baseline for organ health and metabolic status.

8

CBC with Differential

Immune cell counts

Complete blood count with immune cell breakdown. Identifies abnormalities in white blood cell populations, red blood cells, and platelets — all relevant to immune health.

9

Ferritin

Iron / inflammation marker

An iron storage protein that also functions as an acute-phase reactant. Elevated ferritin is a marker of inflammation and immune activation, commonly seen in Long COVID.

10

Vitamin D (25-OH)

Immune function / deficiency

Vitamin D deficiency is strongly associated with immune dysfunction and worse COVID outcomes. Optimizing Vitamin D is one of the first interventions in most post-COVID protocols.

The Gap

Why Your Annual Physical Misses All of This

The standard annual physical includes a basic metabolic panel, CBC, and possibly a lipid panel. None of these tests screen for spike antibodies, D-dimer, fibrinogen, ANA, or high-sensitivity CRP. Most primary care physicians have no established testing protocol for post-COVID or post-vaccine immune assessment.
